When returning a product, customer must contact Ignition Projects USA.

There will be a 10% restocking fee applied.
After speaking with Ignition Projects USA, Ignition Projects USA will provide RGA number.
Fee Exclusion : Buyer received the incorrect product or there is evident damage through our shipping services. All damages through transit has to be properly reported immediately after the product has been delivered.
*ALL return products must be properly packaged in bubble wrapping and/or original box with paddings to prevent damages. If the returned item is not properly packaged and is damaged through transit, then Ignition Projects USA has the rights not to refund or a deducted amount for the appropriate damage extent.
Must be brand new, no installation or tested what so ever.
(If Ignition Projects USA see any sign of installation, we have the rights to decline any returns.)
- This is not applicable to purchases outside www.ignitionprojectsusa.com.
- If the defect was caused by abuse, negligence and/or mishandling. That includes weather conditions, natural disasters, any road/off-road conditions, and any accidents/collision you were part of. Will not be accepted at all.
